Terms of Service

Welcome to BloomLoot, a three-match puzzle game developed by NexaBloom LLC.

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of the BloomLoot game and any related services provided by NexaBloom LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to these ToS, please do not use the game.

User Agreement

By using BloomLoot, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to not use the game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Restrictions

BloomLoot is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the game, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 13, you may not use the game, and your parents or legal guardians should supervise your use.

Account Management

To use certain features of BloomLoot, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Content Usage

All content in BloomLoot, including but not limited to images, text, sounds, and music, is owned by NexaBloom LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the game without our express written permission.

In-Game Purchases

BloomLoot may offer in-game purchases that allow you to buy virtual items or currencies. These purchases are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any charges incurred. We reserve the right to change the pricing or availability of in-game purchases at any time.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect certain information from you when you use BloomLoot, such as your email address and other account information. We may also collect usage data and device information to improve the game. Our privacy policy, which can be found here, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Third-Party Services

BloomLoot may integrate with third-party services, such as social media platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any activity that violates these ToS or any applicable law, including but not limited to:

• Cheating or using unauthorized modifications or cheats.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious code.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
• Using the game for commercial purposes without our consent.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including terminating your account, if we believe you have engaged in any prohibited activity.

User Conduct

You agree to use the game in a manner that is respectful and does not violate the rights of others. This includes refraining from posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove any user-generated content that violates this clause and take appropriate action against the user who posted it.

Virtual Items

BloomLoot may offer virtual items or currency that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. These virtual items have no monetary value and are solely for use within the game. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate the availability of any virtual item at any time without notice. You do not have any property rights in any virtual items, and they are licensed to you on a non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis. We may, in our sole discretion, revoke or terminate your license to any virtual item without notice or compensation.

Refunds

All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the game or its features. However, if you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, such as an unauthorized purchase, you may contact our support team, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

BloomLoot may use cookies and other similar technologies to store and collect information about your use of the game. This information is used to improve the game and provide you with a better experience. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these ToS or your use of BloomLoot will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for any such dispute.

Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to BloomLoot at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the game and any associated data will be deleted. We are not responsible for any data loss upon termination.

System Requirements

BloomLoot requires a compatible device and an internet connection to play. We do not guarantee that the game will be compatible with all devices or that it will function without interruptions. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the system requirements for the game.

Reporting Violations

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from such modifications or discontinuation.

Changes to ToS

We may update these ToS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the game. Your continued use of the game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated ToS.
